Let’s be honest. Email encryption for most people is not an exciting subject.
It is not a “cool-to-have” technology, you will not be able to regale dinner party guests with fascinating tales about your latest deployment, but it is mandatory. Email needs to be confidential and it needs to be encrypted if you are sending PCI or PII data. Imagine the embarrassment of reading about your company sending confidential information about your company or one of your clients to the wrong person. Who would trust you again? And that’s before the fine, which will typically cost you a lot more than just deploying it in your network. We have made using our products as easy as possible. If you would prefer not to have to read lots of information about how it can be done, the different standards available etc., why not just give us a call and we can go through it all with you in a couple of minutes.
Our email encryption products will secure your email and protect messages against unauthorised access, both in transit and at rest.
The X509 Secure Mail Gateway (SMG) is a standards based centrally managed email server that encrypts and decrypts your incoming and outgoing email at the gateway level. The SMG is compatible with most email infrastructure, and has support for S/MIME, OpenPGP, PDF encryption as well as secure webmail. The built-in Data Leak Prevention (DLP) module can be used to prevent certain information from leaving the organisation via email. Download the X509 – Whitepaper here.
